The 10-Week
Thrive in Motherhood Program

With Natalie Saada, LMHC,
and Cushion Mental Health

I’m a therapist and a mom myself. I understand how easy it can be to become so focused on taking care of everyone and everything that there’s barely any space left for you.

✓ Are you constantly thinking about what needs to get done, remembered, scheduled, planned, or taken care of?

✓ Are you exhausted, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained even when you’re getting through everything that needs to be done?

✓ Do you feel like you’re taking care of everyone but yourself?

✓ Do you feel guilty when you take time for yourself, say no, or put your own needs first?

✓ Do you feel like you’ve lost parts of yourself since becoming a mother?

✓ Do you miss feeling energized, present, spontaneous, or excited about your own life?

You don’t need to get better at doing everything. My program helps you carry less, make room for yourself again, and build a way of living that allows you to take care of the people you love without losing yourself in the process.

You can love being a mom and
still want to feel like you again.

Moms Come To Me When They’re:

• Overwhelmed by everything they’re carrying

• Mentally and emotionally exhausted

• Feeling guilty taking care of themselves

• Struggling to ask for or accept help

• Feeling like they’ve lost themselves in motherhood

• Tired of just getting through the day

You deserve to feel alive in your own life, not just responsible for it.

How Does It Work?

The Thrive in Motherhood Program follows a structured 10-week therapy framework designed to help overwhelmed moms move out of survival mode and create more room for themselves within motherhood. The program combines evidence-based therapy, practical strategies, guided exercises, and between-session practice to help you understand what you’re carrying, set healthier boundaries, let go of unrealistic expectations, find time for your own needs and reconnect with yourself without so much guilt.

  • Pre-Treatment Assessment

Establish a baseline, identify what is contributing most to your overwhelm, and clarify what you want to feel different by the end of the program.

  • 10 Structured Therapy Sessions

Follow a step-by-step treatment plan focused on reducing overwhelm, understanding and redistributing what you’re carrying, setting boundaries, managing guilt, challenging perfectionism, making realistic space for yourself, and reconnecting with your identity and needs.

  • In-Session Exercises & Between-Session Homework

Use practical tools, worksheets, reflection exercises, and strategies to begin changing the patterns that keep you overwhelmed and practice making space for yourself in everyday life.

  • Post-Treatment Assessment

Evaluate your progress, identify areas of growth, and determine where additional support may be helpful.

  • Personalized Post-Treatment Plan

Leave with an individualized plan for protecting your time and energy, maintaining boundaries, managing overwhelm, continuing to prioritize yourself, and staying connected to who you are outside of everything you do for others.

After The Thrive in Motherhood Program, Clients Report:

✓ Feeling less overwhelmed

✓ More mental and emotional space

✓ Less guilt taking care of themselves

✓ Stronger boundaries

✓ More ability to ask for and accept help

✓ Feeling more present instead of constantly managing what comes next

✓ More energy for the things that matter to them

✓ Feeling more connected to themselves

✓ Feeling like themselves again

About Me

I’m Natalie, a licensed therapist and mom. My work is designed for women who are managing a lot and have become so used to taking care of what everyone else needs that their own needs keep getting pushed further down the list.

I understand the pressure that can come with feeling responsible for so much and how easy it is for your own time, energy, interests, and identity to get lost somewhere in the middle of it.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in Human Resources. Those experiences shaped my understanding of how people respond to competing demands, responsibility, pressure, and overwhelm, and that perspective continues to inform my work with women today.

As a therapist, I combine that understanding with evidence-based therapy to help moms create meaningful changes in how they manage responsibilities, relate to expectations and guilt, make space for their own needs, and reconnect with themselves.

Outside of therapy, you can find me at a concert with my husband, spending time in the park with my little one, or planning my next beach trip.

Availability: I provide therapy via telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.
