About Natalie Saada

Natalie Saada, LMHC, Founder

Clients often tell me I feel authentic, grounded, and easy to talk to. I think a big part of that comes from genuinely caring about the people I work with and paying attention to the details that matter.

I remember the small things because those details often connect patterns you haven’t fully understood on your own.

I especially love supporting moms and women navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, and the pressure to hold everything together for everyone else.

My Approach

My therapy style is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck while also building tools that help life feel more manageable.

I blend insight-oriented work with evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR.

Some sessions may look structured and goal-oriented. Other sessions may simply be a place where you can vent honestly without feeling judged or rushed. Therapy should adapt to what you need.

Availability
I see clients via telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.

My Background

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in Human Resources. I understand what high-pressure environments feel like, especially for women balancing career expectations, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and motherhood.

Later, I completed my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College and worked in a group practice supporting clients through anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and overwhelming stress.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me going to a concert with my husband, spending time in the park with my little one, or planning my next trip to the beach.
