Therapy For Moms
With Natalie Saada, LMHC,
and Cushion Mental Health
I’m a therapist and a mom.
I know how easy it is to lose yourself because you take care of everyone else.
Are you carrying the mental load for your entire household?
Do you feel like everyone needs something from you while you have nothing left for yourself?
Motherhood can feel nonstop — managing everyone’s schedules, emotions, meals, work, relationships, and expectations. Some moms get guilty for wanting space. Others come to me wondering if they’re failing, even when they are doing everything they can and miss who they were before “being a mom.”
Parenthood is not about perfection. My therapy gets you calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself again.
Moms Come To Me When They’re:
Carrying everything
Emotionally exhausted
Snapping at loved ones
Constantly anxious
Losing patience
Overthinking everything
Missing joy
Feeling unlike themselves
“Motherhood asks so much of you,
and somewhere along the way, it is so easy to lose touch with the parts of yourself that need care too.”
How Our Therapy For Moms Works
My approach to therapy is collaborative, insightful, practical, and person-centered. I want therapy to feel like you can finally exhale. Some days you may need tools and structure. Other days you may need space to vent without judgment.
Clients call me “warm, thoughtful, and collaborative.”
I pay attention to the small details because those details often reveal the patterns you have been too overwhelmed to notice on your own. Together, we’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, help you respond differently, and change what’s not working.
Modalities I Use
-
Helps identify anxious thoughts, self-criticism, and perfectionism so you can respond with more balance and less spiraling.
-
Helps you make room for hard emotions without letting them control your day or your relationships.
-
Helps process painful experiences and emotional triggers that keep your nervous system stuck in survival mode.
-
Helps you focus on clear, realistic changes that improve day-to-day life.
-
Gives structure, accountability, and direction when life feels chaotic or overwhelming.
“If you need to get it all out, this is 100% the place for that.”

About Me
👋🏼 Hi, I’m Natalie.
My therapy is designed for women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and emotional pressure during pregnancy and early motherhood. I combine evidence-based therapy with genuine understanding of how intense this season of life can feel.
I understand both high-pressure work environments and the emotional transition into motherhood.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in Human Resources, experiences that continue shaping how I support women today.
I understand the pressure women feel to keep performing, keep managing, and keep holding everything together, especially during the transition into motherhood.
Outside of therapy, you can find me at a concert with my husband, spending time in the park with my little one, or planning my next beach trip.
Availability: I provide therapy via telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.
