The 10-Week
Return to Work
After Baby Program
With Natalie Saada, LMHC,
and Cushion Mental Health
I’m a therapist and a mom myself. I understand how becoming a mother can change the way you think about your time, your priorities, your responsibilities, and yourself.
✓ Are you anxious about leaving your baby and being away from them during the day?
✓ Do you feel guilty about going back to work or guilty for actually wanting to?
✓ Are you overwhelmed wondering how you’ll manage work, childcare, your home, your relationships, and everything else that still needs to get done?
✓ Are you worried you won’t be able to perform at work the way you did before having a baby?
✓ Are you struggling with the mental load and feeling like too much of the responsibility still falls on you?
✓ Are you worried about losing yourself while trying to balance motherhood with the other parts of your life?
✓ Do you feel pressure to be fully present at work and fully present at home and like you’re falling short at both?
You don’t have to go back to work already knowing how you’re going to manage everything or feeling okay about being away from your baby. My program gets you to work through the emotions that come with separation, ready for the transition, and confident managing work and motherhood.
You can build a way of working and mothering that works for you.
Moms Come To Me When They’re:
• Anxious about leaving their baby
• Feeling guilty about returning to work
• Overwhelmed by how they’ll manage everything
• Worried about keeping up at work
• Carrying too much of the mental load
• Struggling with their identity after becoming a mom
• Feeling pressure to do everything well
Returning to work doesn’t mean choosing work over motherhood.
How Does It Work?
The Confident Return to Work After Baby Program follows a structured 10-week therapy framework designed to support you before, during, and after your transition back to work. The program combines evidence-based therapy, practical strategies, guided exercises, and between-session practice to help you manage anxiety and guilt, navigate changes in identity, reduce overwhelm, establish boundaries, and build a more sustainable way of managing work and motherhood.

-
10 Structured Therapy Sessions

Use practical tools, worksheets, reflection exercises, and strategies to apply what you’re learning as you prepare for and adjust to returning to work.

About Me
I’m Natalie, a licensed therapist and mom. My work is designed for women navigating the emotional pressure, identity changes, and overwhelm that can come with balancing work and motherhood.
I understand how complicated it can feel when two important parts of your life suddenly need to coexist in an entirely new way.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in Human Resources. My background gives me an understanding of both the psychology of work and the emotional transition into motherhood, experiences that continue shaping how I support women today.
Outside of therapy, you can find me at a concert with my husband, spending time in the park with my little one, or planning my next beach trip.
Availability: I provide therapy via telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.
