Natalie Levin-Saada

MA, LMHC

Many of the women I work with are used to being the person everyone relies on. On the outside, they may look like they have things together, but internally they are carrying a constant mental load. They are thinking, planning, worrying, and trying to hold everything together while feeling overwhelmed underneath it all. Many are navigating anxiety, stress, perfectionism, relationship challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, and the ongoing challenge of balancing work, family, and their own needs.

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how easy it is to become so focused on caring for everyone else that you slowly lose space for yourself in the process. Clients often tell me I feel authentic, grounded, and easy to talk to. I think a big part of that comes from genuinely caring about the people I work with and taking the time to understand what life is actually like for them. I remember the small things because those details often connect patterns you haven’t fully understood on your own.

My therapy style is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll understand what’s keeping you stuck while also building tools that help life feel more manageable. I blend insight-oriented work with evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR. Some sessions may look structured and goal-oriented. Other sessions may simply be a place where you can vent honestly without feeling judged or rushed. Therapy should adapt to what you need.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected to yourself, and confident in your ability to navigate whatever life is asking of you. Through our work together, you’'ll develop clarity, a greater sense of self-trust, and emotional steadiness that extends far beyond our sessions.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and worked in Human Resources. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of workplace stress, burnout, perfectionism, and the pressure many women carry both professionally and personally. I later earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Baruch College and worked in a group practice supporting people with a wide range of concerns and life experiences. Those experiences continue to shape how I work today by helping me look at the full picture of what someone is carrying rather than focusing on just one piece of the story.

When I am not working, you can usually find me at a concert with my husband, at the park with my daughter, or planning my next trip to the beach.

If you are looking for a therapy space that feels supportive, thoughtful, and intentional, I would be happy to connect. I invite you to schedule a free consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
