These Terms apply only to the online wellness platform and related digital tools. They do not apply to psychotherapy or clinical mental health services provided separately through Natalie Saada, LMHC, or any affiliated clinician. Therapy services are governed by separate informed consent and practice policies.

The resources and tools provided through Cushion Mental Health are intended solely for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes. This may include quizzes, emotional wellness tools, journaling prompts, inventories, mood tracking, nervous system education, motherhood support resources, or similar features.

Using these tools does not:

  • Create a therapist-client relationship

  • Establish a clinical relationship with Natalie Saada, any affiliated clinician or Cushion Mental Health PLLC

  • Constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis, assessment, or treatment

  • Replace medical, psychiatric, or mental health care

  • Make Cushion Mental Health your healthcare provider

The information and results generated by the platform are reflective tools designed to help users better understand their experiences. They are not clinical opinions or diagnoses.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate support, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform and tools.

By using this platform, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate

  • You are using the platform lawfully

Our tools are intended for users located in the United States. If you access the platform from another location, you do so at your own discretion and are responsible for complying with local laws.

You may not:

  • Copy quiz structures or frameworks

  • Create derivative works from our materials

Any responses or information you personally submit remain yours, though you grant us permission to process and store that information in order to provide the platform experience.
